Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry, Ironrise Restoration receives your name, email address and phone number. You can also share your city or town, the service you need and a message. We use those details to respond, discuss the property and arrange further steps if you ask us to.
Do not send payment-card information, medical details, identity documents or full insurance records through the enquiry form. If project documents are needed later, we can discuss an appropriate way to share them.
How enquiry information is used
Your message reaches the Ironrise team through our hosting and email providers. It may be shared with people helping respond to the enquiry or carry out an agreed project, where that is necessary for the work. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing email or sell your enquiry details.
Sending a message does not create a service agreement. A visit, scope and authorization for work are discussed separately.
Site security and essential storage
The contact form uses a temporary session cookie and a security token to help prevent unwanted submissions. The server may also keep short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated requests. These controls support the form; they are not advertising profiles.
The hosting provider may record ordinary server access logs, including request times, requested pages, browser information and network addresses. These records help operate and protect the website. This site does not load third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Keeping and correcting information
Enquiries and subsequent project correspondence may remain in the company mailbox or project records while needed to respond, provide services or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Security rate-limit records expire automatically. Email and hosting providers may retain backup copies under their own retention schedules.
To ask about the information you provided, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact form and identify the earlier enquiry. Please send the request from the same email address where possible. Some records may need to be retained where a legal or contractual obligation applies.
